Borrell condemns Russia's attacks on Ukrainian cities and ports

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell has condemned Russian air attacks on Kyiv, Odesa and Ukrainian Danube ports.

That's according to his Twitter account, Ukrinform reports.

"Russia continues its air attacks on Kyiv, Odesa and on Ukrainian Danube ports. These targeted attacks on Ukrainian grain infrastructure aggravate global food insecurity, putting millions of the most vulnerable at risk," Borrell wrote.

He added the hashtags "Stand with Ukraine" and "Food is not a weapon."
