Deputy head of Presidential Office Zhovkva meets with India’s Ambassador

Deputy Head of the Ukrainian President’s Office, Ihor Zhovkva, held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Ukraine, Harsh Kumar Jain.

That's according to the Presidential Office press service, Ukrinform reports.

The parties discussed the issue of restoring a stable and just peace based on respect for the UN Charter and international law, based on the Peace Formula offered by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

The interlocutors exchanged views on preparations for the next meeting at the level of national security advisors regarding the implementation of the Ukrainian peace formula, as well as on the organization of the Global Peace Summit.

"All the countries around the world, in particular the most influential nations of the Global South, are interested in establishing a just peace and overcoming the negative consequences of Russian aggression against Ukraine as soon as possible. The answers to these questions are contained in the Ukrainian peace formula," said the deputy head of the Office of the Head of State.

Ihor Zhovkva thanked India for its balanced approach to the most important issues on the international agenda, and also emphasized the importance of India's chairmanship of the Group of Twenty (G20).

The interlocutors noted the positive dynamics of cooperation development between the two countries and agreed to continue coordinating joint actions, in particular in the context of India's chairmanship of the G20.
