"Ukraine cannot join anywhere in parts. Ukraine is a state that has defined, internationally recognized borders, and, of course, we will join certain organizations within internationally recognized borders," he said.

Perebyinis noted that Ukraine has outgrown the stage of the Membership Action Plan and is perhaps more ready for it than some member states.

As reported by Ukrinform, on April 14, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that the Ukrainian authorities have a consolidated position that our country does not need a NATO Membership Action Plan.
