President: There are no unrealistic tasks for Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that there are no unrealistic tasks for Ukraine, and there is concrete evidence of this.

He said this in his nightly video address on Tuesday, February 28, Ukrinform reports.

"Today, on February 28, we have very concrete evidence that there are no unrealistic tasks for Ukraine," Zelensky said.

He noted that a year ago, on the fifth day of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine applied to join the European Union. According to him, this year the decision should be reached on membership negotiations for Ukraine.

In addition, he said that today there was no shortage in Ukraine's energy system, and there were no power outages across the country.

"Thousands of people have been working every day to achieve this result. They restored what could be restored after the Russian strikes. They protected the energy system. They helped cities, communities, and people. Of course, the threat still remains. Of course, we will fight and defend ourselves. We will definitely endure, no matter what the enemy does," Zelensky said.
