PM Shmyhal, G7 Ambassadors coordinate efforts for Ukraine’s victory

Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and the Ambassadors of the Group of Seven (G7) countries have coordinated efforts for Ukraine’s victory over Russia.

The relevant statement was made by Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Coordinated joint efforts with G7 Ambassadors. This task is based on the Peace Formula of President Volodymyr Zelensky. We are making every effort to achieve specific results in this area. At the same time, it is necessary to increase pressure on Russia,” Shmyhal wrote.

In his words, the response to Russia’s nuclear blackmail at Zaporizhzhia NPP and terrorism at the Kakhovka Reservoir should be increased sanctions, namely against Russia’s nuclear industry.

“We also discussed the priorities in terms of restoration and plans to decentralize Ukraine’s energy network,” Shmyhal added.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine thanked G7 Ambassadors for significant financial, military and humanitarian aid, and expressed hope for further fruitful relations.
