Kuleba holds first phone call with Israel’s new FM

During their first conversation, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Israel, Dmytro Kuleba and Eli Cohen, discussed cooperation within the framework of international organizations and plans to increase assistance to Ukraine.

This was announced by the head of Ukrainian diplomacy on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

"In our first call, Eli Cohen and I discussed cooperation within international organizations, ways to counter shared security threats. Minister Cohen condemned Russian aggression against Ukraine, affirmed Israel's plans to step up humanitarian aid and assistance in other spheres," Kuleba said.

As reported, the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of Israel, Eli Cohen, said on January 2 that his country will continue to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine, but will talk less about the war.
