Zelensky agrees with Sholtz to urgently convene G7 meeting

President Volodymyr Zelensky agreed with German Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz on the urgent convening of the G7 meeting, and discussed with him increasing pressure on Russia and restoring damaged infrastructure across Ukraine.

The head of the Ukrainian state announced this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

"Agreed with Chancellor @OlafScholz of Germany holding presidency of #G7 on an urgent meeting of the Group. My speech is scheduled, in which I'll tell about the terrorist attacks by RF. We also discussed the issue of increasing pressure on RF & aid in restoring damaged infrastructure," Zelenskyxd said.

As reported, on Monday morning, Russia launched massive missile strikes on multiple cities across Ukraine. The Ukrainian air defense system shot down 38 enemy air targets.
