Biden asking Congress to approve another $13.7B for Ukraine

U.S. President Joe Biden is asking Congress to provide $13.7 billion in emergency dollars that would go toward Ukraine’s emergency needs.

That’s according to The Washington Post, Ukrinform reports.

The assistance package for Ukraine includes money for equipment, intelligence support, and direct budgetary support.

More than three-fourths of the $40 billion approved by Congress earlier this year has already been disbursed or committed. About three-fourths of the scheduled military and budget assistance to Ukraine has already been disbursed.
