Ukraine, Botswana presidents hold first-ever phone call

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and President of Botswana Mokgweetsi Masisi have held the first phone call in the history of bilateral relations.

Zelensky said this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

"Had the 1st conversation in the history of bilateral relations with President of Botswana Mokgweetsi Masisi. Thanked for condemning Russia's actions, support in the UN & other platforms. Urged to join the restrictive measures," Zelensky said.

According to Zelensky, he assured Masisi that Ukraine would remain a reliable food exporter.
