Ex-ministers who prepared Kharkiv Accords placed on national, international wanted list

Ukraine's former ministers who prepared the Kharkiv Accords have been placed on the national and international wanted list.

According to Ukrinform, the State Bureau of Investigation said this in a Telegram post.

"At the request of the SBI, the court placed two former ministers who worked under Yanukovych on the national and international wanted list. They were declared suspects in committing treason for the preparation of the Kharkiv Accords," the report reads.

Law enforcement officers are planning to ask the court to select measures of restraint for the former justice and foreign ministers in the form of detention.

It was reported on July 25 that the former justice and foreign ministers had been charged with treason for preparing the Kharkiv Accords. It was established that the suspects are abroad, so the suspicion notices had been approved in absentia.
