Russia's path to negotiating table lies through battleground defeats - Kuleba

Russia remains focused on war, not diplomacy, as it calls President Volodymyr Zelensky's demand to withdraw behind the February 24 line “not serious."

This was stated by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

“Russia says President @ZelenskyyUa’s demand for them to withdraw behind the February 24th line is ‘not serious’. This proves Russia remains focused on war, not diplomacy, and sends a clear message to the world: Russia’s path to negotiating table lays through battleground defeats,” Kuleba tweeted.
