Ukraine minister discusses veterans affairs at meeting with U.S. State Dep't official

Minister for Veterans Affairs Yulia Laputina has discussed the issue of supporting Ukrainian veterans with Robert J. Faucher, Acting Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of Conflict Resolution and Stabilization Operations.

That’s according to the Ministry of Veterans Affairs referring to Fauncher’s Twitter account, Ukrinform reports.

In a tweet, Faucher expressed hope for cooperation with the Ministry of Veterans Affairs to support veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

During the meeting, the parties discussed efforts “to reintegrate combat veterans into Ukraine's society.”
