Ukraine, U.S. discussing date for Kuleba's, Yermak's trip to Washington

The date for the trip to Washington by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and Head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak to prepare for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's visit to the United States is currently being discussed with the White House and the State Department.

According to an Ukrinform correspondent, Kuleba said this at an online briefing on Wednesday, July 28.

"A specific date [for Kuleba and Yermak's visit to Washington] is currently being worked out with the White House and the U.S. State Department. The agenda will include preparations for the president's meetings and preparations for the presidents' agreements," Kuleba said.

He added that the Ukrainian and American sides wanted President Zelensky's visit to Washington not to be ceremonial, but to produce concrete results.
