Zelensky, Zourabichvili meet at Mariinsky Palace

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is holding a meeting with President of Georgia Salome Zourabichvili as part of her official visit to Ukraine.

The welcoming ceremony took place at the Mariinsky Palace in Kyiv on June 23, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

The meeting was broadcast by the President's Office on Facebook.

During the solemn ceremony, the national anthems of the two countries were played. The presidents walked by the guards of honor. The official delegations of Ukraine and Georgia were represented.

After the official ceremony, a face-to-face meeting between Volodymyr Zelensky and Salome Zourabichvili began.

Following the negotiations, bilateral documents will be signed and the presidents will communicate with the media.

As reported, on June 23, President Zourabichvili will meet with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, and Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Dmytro Razumkov.
