Cabinet of Ministers appoints acting head of National Health Service

The Cabinet of Ministers appointed Andriy Vilensky as acting head of the National Health Service at an extraordinary meeting on Monday, August 31, the government's representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Vasyl Mokan, has said.

"The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to temporarily assign the duties of the head of the National Health Service of Ukraine to Vilensky (director of the contract work department of the said service)," he wrote on Telegram.

In another decision, the Cabinet of Ministers declared invalid the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 4, 2019 "On the temporary assignment of the duties of the head of the National Health Service of Ukraine to Oksana Movchan."

Vilensky earlier served as director of the central interregional department of the National Health Service of Ukraine and the chief physician of the Dobrobut clinic chain.
