Second meeting of ‘Lublin Triangle’ format to take place in Ukraine

The second meeting of the newly created "Lublin Triangle" format of interregional cooperation between Ukraine, Poland, and Lithuania will take place in Ukraine.

"I invited my colleagues Minister Czaputowicz and Minister Linkevičius to hold the second meeting of ‘Lublin Triangle’ format in Ukraine, and I am glad that this invitation was accepted," Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba said at a joint press conference with his Polish and Lithuanian counterparts in Lublin, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

Kuleba assured that the new format of cooperation between the three countries would be filled with "practical content", specific projects and specific areas of cooperation in the interests of the format and Europe as a whole.

"Today, I, Minister Czaputowicz, and Minister Linkevičius have agreed that we will fill the ‘Lublin Triangle’ format with content and specific projects. In particular, we will jointly counter Russian disinformation, and our partners will support us in European and Euro-Atlantic integration," the Ukrainian minister said in livestream on his Facebook page after the press conference.

Ukraine has taken another step in returning to Europe by creating the "Lublin Triangle" format, Kuleba stressed.

As reported, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba makes a working visit to Poland on July 27-28.
