Kuleba invites Maas to spend vacation in Ukraine

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has said he will not go on vacation abroad this summer but plans to spend a summer vacation in Ukraine.

Kuleba said this at a joint press conference with his German counterpart Heiko Maas in Berlin on Tuesday, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"I plan to rest in Ukraine this summer and do not plan to go abroad. We have a very beautiful country where you can go to the sea and walk in the mountains. On this occasion, since Heiko Maas has not yet decided where to rest, I invite him to spend a summer vacation in Ukraine," Kuleba said.

He also recalled that on June 1, he spoke with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, who said that Turkey would be ready to receive Ukrainian citizens from July 1.

"We are also in dialogue with EU countries and count on their favorable positive attitude towards Ukrainian tourists," Kuleba said.
