Yermak, Kuleba could visit Berlin on June 2

Head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba could visit Berlin on June 2, well-informed sources have told Ukrinform.

The purpose of the trip is to hold consultations on the Normandy summit and the Minsk agreements.

The Ukrainian officials are scheduled to meet with German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas and Foreign Policy Advisor to the German Chancellor Jan Hecker.

On May 13, Russian negotiator Dmitry Kozak visited the German capital, despite closed borders and personal sanctions against him, and met with Hecker. Kozak himself announced the visit to the Russian media. The German side did not comment on it.

Berlin should be the venue for the next summit in the Normandy format.
