Normandy-format meeting to be held via video conferencing on April 30 – Foreign Ministry

A video conference of the “Normandy Four” foreign ministers is tentatively scheduled for April 30. Ukraine is counting on Russia's constructive approach to finding a solution to achieve peace in Donbas.

Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Kateryna Zelenko said this in a comment to Ukrinform.

"According to Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, a video conference between the foreign ministers of the Normandy Four countries has been tentatively scheduled for April 30. Minister Kuleba has repeatedly emphasized the need for negotiations between the foreign ministers. We hope for a constructive approach on the part of Russia in the search for a solution to achieve peace in Donbas and stop the aggression. We need to give impetus to the Normandy process," she said.

Earlier, German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas announced the holding of a video conference of the “Normandy Four” foreign ministers next week.
