Zelensky to hold press conference after coronavirus lockdown

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will hold a press conference on his first year in office after the coronavirus lockdown is lifted in Ukraine, the Office of the President has reported on its Telegram channel.

"The Office of the President draws the attention of media representatives that after the lockdown is over, Volodymyr Zelensky will inevitably hold a press conference at which journalists will be able to ask questions about the results of the first year of his presidency live, rather than through a computer monitor," the statement reads.

It also notes that the film titled "President Zelensky's Year" will be broadcast on the official pages of the Office of the President on social media at 19:00 on April 22.

The movie will also be available on a number of leading Ukrainian TV channels, the Office of the President added.
