Trush appointed as new chairman of Ternopil Regional State Administration

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky appointed Volodymyr Trush as head of Ternopil Regional State Administration, the president’s press service has reported.

“I congratulate you on your appointment to this responsible post. I wish you success in your work,” the president said, handing over the official certificate to the head of Ternopil RSA.

Zelensky noted the importance of solving the pressing problems of the region, in particular, the implementation of infrastructure and investment projects.

The president signed the decree on the appointment of Trush as chairman of Ternopil Regional State Administration on March 19.

As reported, on March 18, Zelensky dismissed Ihor Sopel from the post of head of Ternopil Regional State Administration, which he had held since November 1, 2019.
