Meeting of Ukraine-Poland Parliamentary Assembly to be held in Warsaw on March 23-25

A meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of Ukraine and the Republic of Poland will be held in Warsaw (Poland) on March 23-25, 2020.

The date and venue of the meeting were agreed by Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Olena Kondratiuk and Vice Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland Ryszard Terlecki, the parliament’s press service reported.

"According to the agreement reached by the co-chairs of the Assembly during their meeting in the town of Krasiczyn (the Republic of Poland), the meeting will be held in Warsaw on March 23-25, 2020. The parties also exchanged views on the content of the future meeting of Ukrainian and Polish MPs," the report reads.

The agenda of the Warsaw meeting will include, in particular, the issues of interaction between the two countries in the field of Ukraine’s integration into the EU and NATO, development of inter-regional cooperation, implementation of joint projects, cooperation under the Three Seas Initiative, legal and social protection of Ukrainian labor migrants working in the Republic of Poland.
