Ukraine submits updated list for next prisoner swap

At the meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group on settlement of the situation in eastern Ukraine on February 12, Ukraine submitted an updated list of persons who should be released during the next prisoner swap.

"In the humanitarian subgroup, we submitted an updated list of persons we seek to be released. The parties suggested techniques for missing persons search," Darka Olifer, the Spokesperson for Ukraine’s representative in TCG Leonid Kuchma, posted on Facebook.

According to Olifer, a draft "road map" on the opening of entry-exit checkpoints in Zolote (60km west of Luhansk) and Shchastia (20km north of Luhansk) should be elaborated by the next Trilateral Contact Group meeting.

She also reported that the social economic subgroup had discussed the water supply throughout Donbas which is critical and requires the effective steps of all Minsk process participants, including with the involvement of the International Committee of the Red Cross.

At the same time, the Ukrainian side continues to raise the issue of restitution of Ukrainian state and private property in the territory of the occupied areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
