Zelensky creates delegation to participate in talks with EIB

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has approved the composition of a delegation to participate in talks with the European Investment Bank (EIB) regarding the conclusion of a financial agreement.

The relevant decree of November 14 has been published on the website of the head of state.

“To create a delegation of Ukraine to participate in negotiations with the European Investment Bank regarding the conclusion of the Financial Agreement “European Roads of Ukraine III (Trans-European Transport Network Development Project)” between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank,” the document reads.

The delegation is headed by Deputy Infrastructure Minister Oleksandr Klitin. Apart from him, the delegation includes 10 more officials.

The president also approved the directives of the Ukrainian delegation, but they are "secret" and not made public.

On November 6, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decision to attract EUR 450 million provided on credit by the European Investment Bank for the development of a trans-European transport network.
