Ukraine interested in cooperation with British experts in developing risk response system

Ukraine is interested in the cooperation with British experts in developing a national system of risk response.

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) Oleksiy Danilov said this at a meeting with UK Defense Adviser in Ukraine Linda Smith and Deputy Defense Adviser Robin Seaword.

"President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has set the task to develop a stable, modern system [of risk response], which will be operated by professionals and experts,” said the NSDC Secretary.

According to Danilov, Ukraine is building regional and sectoral risk response centers, integrated into a single national system, so it is very interested in the cooperation with British experts, in particular, in developing methodology and technologies for building appropriate systems.

The NSDC press service also reported that the United Kingdom reiterated its readiness to continue its support for Ukraine in this area.
