Zelensky appoints new head of Odesa Regional State Administration

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Maksym Kutsy as the new head of Odesa Regional State Administration.

The relevant decree has been published on the official website of the head of state.

"To appoint Maksym Kutsy as chairman of Odesa Regional State Administration," the decree reads.

As reported, Zelensky is on a working visit to Odesa on Friday, October 11.
