Zelensky forms Ukrainian delegation to UN General Assembly session

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has approved the composition of a delegation to participate in the 74th session of the UN General Assembly in New York, USA.

The relevant decree has been published on the website of the head of state.

"To form a delegation of Ukraine to participate in the 74th session of the UN General Assembly (New York, USA)," the document reads.

The delegation will be headed by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko.

In addition, the delegation includes Ukraine's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Volodymyr Yelchenko, Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Ihor Zhovkva, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergiy Kyslytsya, Minister for Veterans, Temporarily Occupied Territories and IDPs Oksana Kolyada, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Bohdan Yaremenko and four other officials from the Presidential Office and the Foreign Ministry.

The president also approved the directives of the Ukrainian delegation to the UN General Assembly, but they are secret and not made public.
