Council of Europe congratulates Kuleba on his appointment as vice prime minister

The Council of Europe has congratulated Dmytro Kuleba, permanent representative of Ukraine at the Council of Europe from 2016 till August 2019, on his appointment to the post of Vice Prime Minister for European Integration of Ukraine.

Director of Communications at the Council of Europe and Spokesperson of the Secretary General, Daniel Holtgen, wrote this on Twitter.

“Congratulations to Dmytro Kuleba, permanent representative of Ukraine at the Council of Europe since 2016, who has today been appointed deputy prime minister in charge of European integration,” he wrote.

As Ukrinform reported, the Verkhovna Rada of the ninth convocation approved a new composition of the Cabinet of Ministers, which will be headed by Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk.
