Cabinet approves agreement on visa-free travel with Republic of North Macedonia

Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers has approved an agreement between the governments of Ukraine and the Republic of North Macedonia on the mutual abolition of visa requirements.

The relevant resolution was adopted at a government meeting on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

“To approve the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia on the conditions of mutual trips of citizens, signed in the city of Skopje on July 12, 2019,” reads the document.

The agreement allows holders of biometric passports of the two countries to enter, transit or stay for 90 days in a 180-day period in the territory of the state of the other party.
