Zelensky appoints first deputy SBU head

President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Ruslan Baranetskyi as first deputy head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and head of the SBU Anti-Terrorist Center.

The decrees to that effect, No.462/2019 and No.463/2019, were published on the president’s website.

"To appoint Ruslan Fedorovych Baranetskyi as first deputy head of the Security Service of Ukraine," reads the document.
