Zelensky discusses launch of Anti-Corruption Court

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with Head of the Supreme Court Valentyna Danishevska and Head of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court Olena Tanasevych to discuss the launch of the Anti-Corruption Court.

"We want to help the Anti-Corruption Court solve problems to begin the work as soon as possible," Zelensky stressed, the press service of the head of state reported on Friday.

During the meeting, the parties noted that the efficiency of the anti-corruption bodies of Ukraine was a requirement of the society.

The participants also discussed the state of readiness of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court to begin its work on September 5, in particular the problems with the premises and workplaces for judges.

To solve the problem of the premises, concrete proposals have been worked out under the instruction of the president of Ukraine, the realization of which will be started in the near future. The president expressed readiness to take all measures necessary for the proper functioning of the Anti-Corruption Court.
