Groysman: 43% of Ukrainian exports delivered to EU

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman has said that 43% of Ukrainian exports are delivered to the countries of the European Union.

He stated this at a government meeting on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

"We are reorienting our economy to the civilized markets, where there are rules and law. And at present 43% of our exports go to the countries of the European Union. We are opening new markets of various countries around the world. And I am convinced there will be more such countries and Ukraine will worthily represent itself in international markets," said Groysman.

He has also added that Ukraine will continue to diversify the supply of energy resources to become energy independent.

"We will do everything in order to become strong, no matter how difficult it would be," the prime minister said.
