Ukraine will actively cooperate with Finland's presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, Ukraine's Permanent Representative to the Council of Europe Dmytro Kuleba has said.

"Finland has just officially taken up guard duties at the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe. Congratulations to the Finnish Presidency, which will have to guard the values and principles of the Council of Europe in a very difficult time. We believe in the Finns and will actively cooperate with them," the ambassador said.

Among the priorities of such cooperation for Ukraine, Kuleba noted the activities of the PACE, de-occupation of Crimea, the release of Ukrainian political prisoners in Russia, the implementation of reforms, etc.
