Poroshenko had 25 meetings with heads of foreign delegations at UNGA - Tsegolko

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has held 25 meetings with the heads of foreign delegations, including the United Kingdom, Turkey and the United States, during the session of the UN General Assembly in New York, presidential press secretary Svyatoslav Tsegolko has said on Facebook. 

"The UN General Assembly is a good platform to strengthen and expand our coalition against Russian aggression. In just three days, the president held 25 meetings with the heads of foreign delegations," Poroshenko said.

According to Tsegolko, such delegations include Romania, Slovakia, the United Kingdom, Turkey, the Netherlands, Poland, the United States, Finland, Belgium, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Yemen, Montenegro, Albania, Ecuador, the Republic of Korea, Denmark, and Portugal.

In addition, he noted that Poroshenko had also met with the secretaries-general of the UN and NATO and the European Council president.
