Klimkin: We must double efforts and make more pressure on Russia

Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin commented on the statement by the U.S. Secretary of State on the non-recognition of Russia’s illegal annexation of Crimea and stressed that more pressure should be put on Russia.

In his post on Twitter, Klimkin wrote: "Following the latest Crimea declaration, we must double our efforts and make more pressure on Russia. ‘Baltic scenario,’ that lasted for half a century, is not an option. I want to see Crimea under the Ukrainian flag.”

As reported, U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on July 25 issued a statement, titled "Crimea Declaration," in which he said the U.S. does not recognize Russia’s illegal annexation of Crimea.
