Sentsov suffers second health crisis, refuses hospitalization

Imprisoned Ukrainian film director Oleg Sentsov, who has gone on a hunger strike in a Russian penal colony, suffered the second health crisis about a week ago. Doctors persuaded him to take two spoons of nutritious mixture a day.

"He looks even worse than last time. He looks very pale. He walks by himself. He suffered the second health crisis about a week ago. He got ill and was offered to be hospitalized for the forced feeding, to be infused more nutritious mixture. Sentsov refused, and he was left in the colony on condition that he would take the mixture himself under the supervision of a doctor. He takes two tablespoons a day. He is kept in a prison ward and does not intend to end the hunger strike," Sentsov’s lawyer Dmitry Dinze told the Radio Liberty.
