Ukraine intends to discuss Russian threats before elections at Copenhagen conference

In the framework of the investment conference in Copenhagen, Ukraine has agreed to hold a special meeting regarding possible intervention of Russia in future elections in our country.

Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said this to journalists, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

"As part of the investment conference in Copenhagen, we agreed with Danish Foreign Minister Anders Samuelsen to meet and talk about how Russia will interfere with our elections and try to destabilize Ukraine," Klimkin said.

He adds that cooperation with partners in these issues is very important; therefore the Ukrainian side is now conducting this conversation in extended format, with the involvement of many foreign ministers of the EU countries.

"And it's not just about propaganda and cyberthreat, it's about everything," Klimkin said.
