Tenth session of Ukraine-Poland Parliamentary Assembly begins in Warsaw

The 10th session of the Parliamentary Assembly of Ukraine and Poland has begun in Warsaw.

On Tuesday, the lawmakers will hold talks in the Polish Parliament. On Wednesday, they will hold a visiting session in the town of Świnoujście, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

On the first day of the meeting, there will be three working sessions. The participants will discuss energy security in the region and coordinate actions to block the construction of Nord Stream 2; military cooperation and deepening of Ukraine's relations with the EU and NATO; cooperation in the field of youth exchange.

The next day, June 13, there will be a visiting session, during which the deputies will visit the LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) terminal in the Polish port of Świnoujście.

The discussion of politicians within the Parliamentary Assembly will be headed by Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Oksana Syroid from the Ukrainian side and Vice Marshal of the Sejm Ryszard Terlecki from the Polish side.
