Ukraine, Moldova sign agreements on air and road transport liberalization

Representatives of the governments of Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova in Kyiv signed agreements on the liberalization of aviation and road transport.

This has been reported by the press service of the government of Moldova following an official visit of Prime Minister of Moldova Pavel Filip to Ukraine, own Ukrinform correspondent in Moldova reports.

"As a result of the signing of the documents, international freight and passenger transportation, as well as transit of vehicles complying with the EURO III can be carried out without needed authorization. Thus, favorable conditions will be created for expanding the markets for the sale of goods and further development of international transportation through Ukraine and Moldova," reads the report.

Also, the parties signed the Memorandum on cooperation between Ukraine and Moldova in the sphere of synchronous operation of the energy systems of the both states.
