President submits to VR bill on National Bureau of Financial Security

President Petro Poroshenko has submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a bill on the National Bureau of Financial Security.

He stated this at a press conference in Vinnytsia region, the president’s press service reported on April 5.

"Today, I have signed and identified as urgent a bill on the National Bureau of Financial Security, which was developed by Parliament in cooperation with Government," Poroshenko said.

According to him, due to this draft law, security officials will no longer have an opportunity to come to enterprises and check the payment of taxes.

He also noted that the bill envisaged the possibility for entrepreneurs to defend themselves in the court.

“And only if they lose in the court and do not want to pay taxes, then it will be possible to apply the law enforcement component,” Poroshenko said.
