French foreign minister appreciates Ukrainian reforms, reminds about anti-corruption court

France and its partners expect Ukraine to continue carrying out the reforms launched in recent years and believe that establishment of the anti-corruption court would testify to the genuine trust between the EU and Ukraine.

French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian said this at a press conference in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"We appreciate and give credit for the scale of the reforms that have been implemented lately. We are well aware of the progress made in many areas: banking sector, energy sector, healthcare system and pension system. We appreciate all these huge efforts made. France and its partners expect Ukraine to continue carrying out the ambitious reform program, in particular, the fight against corruption. In our view, establishment of the anti-corruption court would testify to the genuine trust that exists between us," Le Drian said.
