Prosecutor general submits motions on Savchenko's prosecution, detention, arrest

Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko has submitted to the Verkhovna Rada motions on the prosecution, detention and arrest of Ukrainian MP Nadia Savchenko, Lutsenko's press secretary, Larysa Sarhan, has reported on Facebook.

"The texts of the motions against people's deputy Savchenko has been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada," she wrote.

As Ukrinform reported, on March 15, Lutsenko promised to submit motions to the Verkhovna Rada on the prosecution, detention and arrest of MP Nadia Savchenko, because she, according to him, plotted a terrorist attack in the session hall of the Ukrainian parliament.
