Ukrainian, Latvian prime ministers discuss situation in eastern Ukraine

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman and Prime Minister of Latvia Maris Kucinskis have discussed the situation in eastern Ukraine.

PM Groysman wrote about this on Тwitter after a meeting with Kucinskis.

"I’ve discussed with the head of the Latvian government the situation in eastern Ukraine. We support the need to extend sanctions and put pressure on the aggressor in order to restore our territorial integrity," Groysman wrote.

According to him, we need to force the aggressor to focus on internal challenges and leave our territory.

As reported, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman arrived on an official visit to Riga on Thursday, March 1.
