Poroshenko: Two Kremlin’s prisoners may return home until the end of the week

Two Ukrainians, who are currently imprisoned in Russia, may return home until the end of the week.

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said this at a press conference in Kyiv on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"I expect another two Ukrainians, who are now held in Russia, return home until the end of the week following the negotiations," the Head of State said.

Poroshenko assured that he personally oversaw the release of prisoners. The decision on each political prisoner is made at the highest level in Russia, he added.
