Poroshenko orders Petrenko to sign two European conventions

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has authorized Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko to sign the European conventions on the service and obtaining abroad of information and evidence in administrative matters.

The respective orders, No. 15/2017-rp and No. 16/2017-rp, have been posted on the website of the head of state.

The president authorized the justice minister to sign the European Convention on the Service Abroad of Documents relating to Administrative Matters, which was done in Strasbourg on November 24, 1977.

In addition, Poroshenko authorized Petrenko to sign on behalf of Ukraine the European Convention on the Obtaining Abroad of Information and Evidence in Administrative Matters, which was done in Strasbourg on March 15, 1978.
