Ukraine to appeal to NATO PA regarding Serbian mercenaries fighting in Donbas

The Ukrainian delegation will appeal to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly (NATO PA) regarding participation of Serbian mercenaries on the side of Russian-backed militants in the war in Donbas.

Chairman of Ukraine's Permanent Delegation to the NATO PA, MP Iryna Friz reported this on her Facebook page.

"We are preparing an appeal on this issue from our delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. I am sure that we have to appeal to all international institutions to inform them about the shameful fact of participation of the Serbian mercenaries on the side of the puppets of the Kremlin against our state," she wrote.

Friz is sure that the actions of mercenaries will be condemned by the international community. And the Serbian authorities will add supporters of the so-called Russian idea to 45 cases opened against Serbian mercenaries fighting abroad, she noted.

As reported, the intelligence service of the ATO Headquarters informed that a group of Serbian mercenary snipers had come to Donetsk to fight on the side of Russian-backed troops against the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
