Russia can put end to humanitarian crisis in Donbas by implementing Minsk agreements – Volker

Russia can put an end to the humanitarian crisis in Donbas, which has become the worst in three years, by ending support for so-called separatists and fulfilling the Minsk agreements.

U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker wrote this on Twitter on December 8.

"Humanitarian crisis in eastern Ukraine worst in 3 years and deteriorating. Russia can end this by ending intervention and support for so-called separatists, implementing Minsk Agreements," he wrote.

As Ukrinform reported, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin on the sidelines of the OSCE Ministerial Council held a meeting with U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker.
