NAPC distributes over UAH 110 mln from state budget to six political parties

The National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) has decided to grant over UAH 110 million from the state budget to finance statutory activities of six parliamentary political parties in the fourth quarter of 2017, the agency’s press service reports. 

"State funding has been provided to the People's Front Party – UAH 28.438 million, the Petro Poroshenko Bloc Solidarity Party – UAH 28.025 million, the Samopomich Union Party – UAH 14. 098 million, the Radical Party of Oleh Lyashko – UAH 9.564 million, the Opposition Bloc party- 12.116 million, and the All-Ukrainian Union Batkivshchyna Party – 7. 295 million," the report said.

The National Agency added that the Samopomich Union Party additionally received state funding in the amount of UAH 11.059 million due to the fact that the number of representatives of one sex does not exceed 2/3 of the total number of party members.
