President enacts NSDC decision on headquarters of supreme commander-in-chief

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree enacting the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of September 13, 2017 on the headquarters of the supreme commander-in-chief.

The decree to that effect has been published on the website of the head of state.

According to the decree, the relevant NSDC decision is only "for official use."

With this decree, the president approved the provision on the headquarters of the supreme commander-in-chief (attached, top secret).

The NSDC secretary, in accordance with the powers specified in the provision on the headquarters of the supreme commander-in-chief, should take organizational measures to ensure the proper functioning of the headquarters of the supreme commander-in-chief in the event of its formation.

The decree comes into force from the day of its publication.
