Ukraine's position on relations with Hungary remains unchanged, ready for constructive dialogue - Foreign Ministry

Ukraine's position regarding relations with Hungary remains unchanged; our state is ready for a constructive discussion of all issues on the bilateral agenda.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin informed this on Twitter.

"Ambassador of Ukraine to Hungary Liubov Nepop was summoned for the consultation in connection with the reaction of the Hungarian side to the new Law of Ukraine "On Education". Ukraine's position regarding relations with Hungary is unchanged - we are ready for a constructive discussion of all issues," Klimkin wrote.

As reported, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on September 5 passed the law on education, which, in particular, regulates the use of the Ukrainian language in the field of education. President Petro Poroshenko signed it on September 25.
